All payments are subject to the following conditions:

• The description of services is specific to your need, when you log in with your unique password. Normally, payment is required in advance (i.e., before you commence your activity).
• All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The College reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
• Your payment will normally reach the college account within two working days.
• We cannot accept liability for payments not reaching the correct account due to incorrect account number or personal details provided by you.
• We cannot accept liability if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment, the College is under no obligation to inform you. You should check with your bank/card provider whether the payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will the College be liable for any damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, or any websites linked to it.

Refund Policy

• If the customer leaves the College before completing the service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
• Refunds, if applicable and at the discretion of the management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.
• Nothing in this policy requires the College to refund fees unless such fees have previously been paid.
